AL Reem Island Bridge
This project entails the construction of the connecting bridge between Abu Dhabi and associated road works and the relocation of utilities, permanent filling and embankment, substructure, service reservations, drainage, lighting, signage, pavement, irrigation and landscaping. CHSS mandate included the engineering design, Preparation of NOCs and their approvals as well as project management.

Lagoon Bridges for Dubai Parks
There are five (5) multi-span bridges connecting the east-west sides of the 1.2 km long Lagoon and a Water Wheel Pool that form part of the project located within Dubai Parks Themed Entertainment Resort.

Saadiyat Island Service Tunnel
The 1.2 km long open cut service tunnel is located in the Cultural District on Saadiyat Island. The service tunnel extends from east to south, serving the Guggenheim, Louvre, Zayed National Museums.

Upgrading of the Federal Street Lighting System with Sustainable System
Conservation of energy is an essential part of the vision and goals of Ministry of Infrastructure Development (MOID). CHSS carried out the Feasibility Study for the development and upgrading of the existing street lighting system to one of the optimum lighting systems. In addition, CHSS was responsible for the preparatory work and documentation required for PPP projects,, such as legal arrangements, Procurement guidelines, EOI, RFQ, RFP.

Dibba Khorfakkan Ring Road
CHSS provided engineering services, detailed design and construction supervision to the e Dibba-Khorfakkan Ring Road that runs runs through a 900m tunnel linking Al Aqah and Sharm in Dibba, in the Northern Emirates of the UAE.

Roundabout 7 and 13
Traffic congestion within the Jebel Ali Port deteriorated tremendously in the recent past, One of the often grid locked area is in the stretch from roundabout No.7 and No.13.. As such, JAFZA has decided to undertake the road widening and expansion works in the area to alleviate the situation.
