The quay nine waterfront facilities are office buildings designed for the military, located in Jebel Ali. In addition to conforming with the Dubai design criteria and guidelines, the building was also designed to suit the special specifications required by the US Army.

Engine Test Cell Building
The engine test cell building is located in ADAT of an approximate size of 200sqm. The building is a specialized building to be used for testing the engines of the A380 airplanes. Therefore, the design was done to fulfil the high specification and requirements to meet its purpose. The project was carried out on a fast track basis and was completed in six months including obtaining all necessary permits.

Dubai Traders Market / Yiwu Market Jafza Dubai
Jafza Trader Market (JTM) is located, close to the Jebel Ali Port, Al Makhtoum Airport and along Mohammed Bin Zayed Road connecting Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The rear of the property can be, accessed from the free trade zone (Jafza), while its 3 km long frontage has a commanding view of the highway. The project takes advantage of these synergies, creating a unique place where people can meet, work and interact in a comfortable and engaging environment which despite its mega-size, still relates to the human scale.

P562FZ - Light Industrial Units (Phase 15)
The Light Industrial Units project was undertaken for Jafza. Consultant HSS services were to carry out the detailed architectural and engineering design and the construction supervision of the said project.
Scope:
Master Planning, detailed architectural and engineering services for the units was carried out which includes :
- 47 Light Industrial Units with Office / Reception area
- Food Court Building with Commercial Centre
- Services Reserve for Development
- Total area of the development is approximately 16 acres
X-Ray Machine Installation at Terminal 3, Near Roundabout 9, Jebel Ali
The project is the installation of the X-Ray Machine in Jebel Ali Free Zone for Dubai Customs. The site is located at Terminal 3, near the Roundabout 9. the project consists of the X-Ray Shed, Control Block, and Road widening activities.

Waterfront Facilities at Quay 9 and Quay 10, JAFZA
The construction involves the construction of a new Hazardous Waste Storage Building (approximately 500 sq.m), for laying of interlock paving blocks and the construction of shade structure for the car park and security areas, within the US Navy base in DP World.
Scope:
CHSS were appointed by ECODE, the design and build contractor for the client, DP World U.A.E region. CHSS scope includes under taking the detailed design, authority approvals and construction supervision.
Al Khawaneej Farm House
Consultant HSS services were to carry out the detailed architectural and engineering design and the construction supervision of the said project.

Benghazi Mass Housing
CHSS was appointed to coordinate and manage the project. This Mass Housing project, consisting of 1,260 Villas and associated infrastructure works (as part of Township) was constructed by ALEKEEL of Libya.

Palm Jebel Ali Townhouses
Palm Jebel Ali is the second Palm Island delivered by Nakheel. The Fronds accommodate the site of 2100 villas. At the junction of the fronds there are fourteen coves whereby, the first eight coves house 134 units of townhouses.
